About the RoleReporting to the Group Membership Manager, you will be responsible for retaining members with every call and contact made while providing membership administration support.We're looking for someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional 5 Star customer service, who is outgoing and loves to engage with members. You're someone who loves exceeding targets, finding solutions to problems and is well organised. Finally, you are someone who is self-motivated and who enjoys the challenge of working within a customer sales and retention environment.About YouTo be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in the following:
Experience in customer sales and/or retention environments
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills
Experience working in a team environment
Well-developed communications skills
Reporting capabilities and Excel know-how
An excellent track record working with KPI's and targets
Debt collection and Membership based administration
High level verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport
Attention to detail and achieving results
