  • At least 4 years post-admission experience in workers compensation or personal injury law, with plaintiff-side experience preferred
  • A solid grasp of WA workers compensation legislation and the ability to manage files from start to finish
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills, so you can confidently represent clients and prepare key legal documents
