· Work life balance | 4 on / 4 off roster (day and night shifts)· Level 4 pay rates $28 plus super + First Aid Allowance, onsite parking· Join an Employer of Choice and one of Australia's leading Security ProvidersAbout the role:MSS Security is seeking applications from Security Officer to work onsite in the Redbank Industrial Area at a prestigious government site. This is a sought-after role where you work a 4 -On and 4 -Off roster and will primarily be responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. Working as a part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team, this role is to provide exceptional customer service to all our customers.The successful applicant will either hold a current Baseline clearance or be willing to undergo the Baseline clearance process, post offer.Duties include, and are not limited to:Ensuring Safety: Providing security, guarding specific areas, and managing crowds.Patrolling: Walking around the premises and making sure local rules are followed.Event Coverage: Providing security at events as needed.Mobile Patrols: Driving around to check different areas.Handling Requests: Responding quickly and professionally to questions and emergencies.What we are looking for:QLD Security Licence – Unarmed, Monitoring and Crowd ControlMust be an Australian CitizenBaseline Defence Clearance or must be willing to obtain a Baseline ClearanceCertificate II in Security OperationsCurrent QLD full Driver LicenseFirst Aid and CPR CertificateIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
