To find out more visit our website at .Permanent Full Time, Part Time and Casual Opportunities | 24/7 rotating rosterLevel 4: $28.98 per hour + Super + Applicable penaltiesNegative Vetting 1 Security clearance required | additional AFP OSA clearance desirableAbout the RoleYou will be required to hold a current (or ability to obtain) AGSVA Security Clearance – Negative Vetting 1 as a minimum, which you must be able to provide evidence for or supply us with your date of birth to be able to conduct a search on the AGSVA database. An additional site specific OSA clearance will also be required.The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. This position requires an officer to work in a high security control room on a 24/7 rotating roster of 12 hour shifts. Duties may include but are not limited to:Continual monitoring of CCTV and radio communications systemsMaintaining visitor and contractor access, passes and escortLiaising with police and emergency response servicesMaintain Access Control system.Responding professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries.Monitoring and responding to fire and alarm panel alerts.Foot PatrolsMaintaining logs and records of occurrences in a computer log, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer terminal to input and retrieve data in multiple systems.Skills & ExperienceAGSVA Security Clearance – Negative Vetting 1 as a minimum (you must be able to provide evidence that you currently hold a NV1 clearance or provide your date of birth to enable an AGSVA search to be done)AFP OSA security clearance desirableCurrent QLD Security licence with Unarmed, Crowd Control and Monitoring functionsMust have a minimum of 2 years recent security experience.
