The role provides hands-on leadership of engineering services operations, with a focus spanning energy sustainability, ongoing building commissioning and operational improvements, strategic delivery of lifecycle asset planning, project management, through to the daily operation of all property services with a focus on sustainable and economic performance and constant improvement.Key responsibilities and duties;

Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to maintenance of the property structure, façade, fittings, finishes and services.
Conducting effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.
Managing and operating the Property in a manner which continuously improves the performance of the Property and reduces effects on the environment.
Achieving Sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set in consultation with the Owner for the Property on an annual basis.
Management, training and delegation of duties to Property Services Supervisors.
Participating in the EHS Leadership Team.
In consultation with the Management Team, preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring and updating budgets on a quarterly basis.

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience in critical areas
Thorough understanding of building services design and engineering management
Ability to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency/improvements and implement agreed solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
High energy, flourishes in fast pace, dynamic environments
Customer centricity
