- Manage and optimise the Salesforce platform to support business processes and customer experience.
- Develop and manage reporting, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
- Lead system upgrades, small to medium projects, integrations, and functionality rollouts while maintaining platform stability.
- Collaborate with division leaders to translate requirements into tailored CRM solutions.
- Partner with third-party vendors and agencies to deliver effective integrations.
- 5+ years of CRM management experience with packaged software or custom implementations (Certified Salesforce Admin/Developer).
- Experience with API integrations, middleware tools, and document/form solutions.
- Experience working with large customer databases and end-to-end sales journeys.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus if you have an understanding of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
