- Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT related discipline
- At least 5 year's experience in IT with at least 3 years using and supporting a CMMS (e.g. IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP, etc).
- Proficient with relevant software development tools and processes such as Jira, SDLC and CI.
- Familiar with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and broad technical and functional knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes
- Strong stakeholder management, time management and organisational skills
- A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery
- Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution to ensure 'fit-for-purpose' outcomes.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager
- Experience with Asset Management or Field Service Management technology implementation
- Strong experience with Microsoft desktop suite, Microsoft Project
- SDLC management, directly or through vendor partners
- Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics delivery
- IT Certification (e.g. ITIL, Scrum, etc)
