HumeLink West ProjectTwo CIMIC Group companies, UGL and CPB Contractors have been selected by Transgrid to deliver the 130km western section of the HumeLink high voltage electricity transmission project.HumeLink is a new 500kV transmission project which will connect Wagga Wagga, Maragle and Bannaby in regional NSW that will significantly increase the capacity of the electricity network in Australia’s eastern states. HumeLink is one of Australia’s largest energy infrastructure projects, with about 365kms of proposed new transmission lines and a range of other new and upgraded infrastructure.The HumeLink West scope of works, worth $1.4bn, includes delivery of new 500kV double circuit transmission lines spanning ~140kms from Wagga Wagga Substation to a new Substation at Gugaa, the Interface Point with HumeLink East near Gundagai and a new substation at Maragle in the Snowy Mountains for future connection to Snowy 2.0.The OpportunityPlease note this is a site delivery role requiring DIDO/FIFO or relocation where additional allowances will apply.Key AccountabilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Travel & Logistics Coordinator to join the HumeLink West team. The position is responsible for:

Coordinate all aspects of worker travel including booking flights, accommodation, ground transportation.
Maintain master roster for staff and workforce
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and health and safety protocols, particularly in light of current global conditions.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on travel-related metrics, including expenses, utilisation and trends.

About You

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience booking travel and accommodation for a FIFO workforce highly regarded
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management
Organised and proactive, committed to meeting deadlines

The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.Where applicable, evidence of tertiary qualifications and proof of right to work will be required prior to successful appointment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
