- Track and manage deliveries
- Answer calls and respond to customer queries
- Manage purchase orders from sales orders and ensure seamless communication
- Communicate with customers to resolve any service issues and provide solutions
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction industry
- Solid computer knowledge
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Punctuality and reliability (8am-4:30pm daily)
