We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Team Registered Nurse to join the Adult Mental Health Team (AMHT) at Tamarind, Darwin. This position involves mental health triage, acute mental health assessment, and low-risk case management in a community setting. You will provide assessments, interventions, and case management of an allocated caseload using a recovery-based framework, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN4.1 and above)
- Mental Health Triage and Acute Assessment skills essential
- Ability to provide assessments, interventions, and case management in line with recovery principles
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans with clients, carers, and the clinical team
- Strong engagement and collaboration skills with stakeholders to deliver holistic care
Role: Registered Nurse - Mental Health (Community)
Start Date: 09 September 2025
End Date: 12 weeks and more (possible extension)
