An exciting opportunity has opened for a Group HSE Systems Coordinator to join a leading construction business and play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing safety systems across the organisation.This high-impact role reports into the Group Head of HSE and will see you working as part of a collaborative team to refine strategy, strengthen processes, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.With a strong reputation built over decades of delivering award-winning projects, this is a chance to join a supportive culture where your expertise will be recognised and your career growth encouraged.The RoleAs the Group HSE Systems BP, you will:

Partner with project and leadership teams to strengthen HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
Influence and develop initiatives that improve safety culture across the business.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and safety insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication of safety objectives and outcomes.
Drive innovation in systems and practices to meet evolving industry standards.

About YouWe are seeking an ambitious and energetic HSE professional with:

Strong experience in HSE within the construction industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
A proven ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve safety systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
A polished and professional approach, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
Cert 4 WHS minimum
