You will be responsible for administering the full scope of works, causation reports and ensuring the quality of work.What are my accountabilities?Accurate and detailed recording of data whilst on siteProviding customer service to all parties with an interest in the jobPreparation of reports and scope of works to clientCompliance to client and internal claim handling requirements and timeframesCompiling and formatting forensic building reports and scopes of workProject management as requiredAbout you:Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction or Licensed BuilderKnowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements of admin hearings and litigationAbility to puts the customer and client at the centre of service deliveryCaring CultureIt’s at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
