- Solid experience working on integration and migration initiatives across legacy platforms.
- A track record of managing cross-regional projects, ideally with European counterparts.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Take charge of multiple enterprise technology projects, delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Guide the successful transition of data and functionality from legacy systems into the Salesforce environment, minimising disruption and maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including international teams and high-impact users, to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Translate technical and business needs into actionable roadmaps and detailed delivery plans.
- Navigate risks and interdependencies with strong governance practices.
- Provide transparent, structured updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure Salesforce implementations are aligned with business priorities and user adoption is supported.
- Manage third-party vendors and budgetary aspects where relevant.
- Contribute to organisational change efforts to support smooth transitions and handovers.
