The Hotel Duty Manager will lead the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and successful service experience for all guests.In this role, you'll deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine care and service, as well as:

Oversee Rooms Division operations, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service aligned with Crown standards.
Uphold OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure service excellence.
Operate confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Identify operational challenges and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

About YouYou bring:

Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.

Additional InformationThis role requires:

Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
Availability to commit to a 7-day roster of permanent overnights, weekends and other peak periods
A valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
