Beyond traditional executive support, you will expertly blend strategic coordination and project management to amplify the CEO’s effectiveness and empower timely, informed decision-making. This is your chance to visibly see your impact on the business and its service.This is a Permanent Full Time position based in our Group Head Office in Melbourne.Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Strategically orchestrate the CEO’s dynamic calendar, expertly prioritizing high-impact meetings and seamlessly managing travel logistics to optimize efficiency and drive strategic alignment
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, meticulously triaging critical communications and crafting high-quality correspondence that reflects the CEO’s voice and vision
  • Drive significant strategic projects and initiatives from conception to completion, working closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Cultivate a welcoming and highly efficient environment within the Melbourne Group Office, overseeing all day-to-day operations to ensure a premium workspace experience
  • Forge and nurture influential relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and collaboration
