We’re seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Parts Cataloguer to support accurate creation and maintenance of parts data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role is key to ensuring data integrity across our client's ERP platform, working closely with procurement, engineering, and operations teams.Key responsibilities:

Create, maintain and update part master data in D365
Validate, cross-check and resolve catalogue data discrepancies
Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams
Perform bulk uploads using Excel tools/templates

Skills and Experience:

ERP experience (D365 preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data manipulation)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous cataloguing or inventory experience (desirable)
Flexibility (start/finish times) to support different timezones across Australia
