- Create, maintain and update part master data in D365
- Validate, cross-check and resolve catalogue data discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams
- Perform bulk uploads using Excel tools/templates
- ERP experience (D365 preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data manipulation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous cataloguing or inventory experience (desirable)
- Flexibility (start/finish times) to support different timezones across Australia
