
Purchasing Expeditor

- Expedite parts for planned maintenance events and site shutdowns
- Monitor and follow up on overdue purchase orders
- Track and confirm overnight deliveries to remote sites
- Manage backordered parts to ensure timely supply
- Coordinate invoice queries with the wider finance team
- Produce and distribute reports to support purchasing and logistics functions
- Develop and refine reporting processes to improve the procure-to-pay cycle
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics
- Background using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE (desirable)
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Completion of Year 12 secondary education (or equivalent)
- Further studies or training in supply chain highly regarded
