- Own and deliver full-cycle recruitment for key roles across commercial, operations, and tech
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans
- Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through direct outreach, referrals, and creative campaigns
- Ensure each hire contributes to the strength, diversity, and ambition of our teams
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers — acting as their go-to partner in the hiring process
- Facilitate role kick-offs, progress check-ins, and hiring retrospectives to ensure alignment and pace
- Coach hiring teams on structured, inclusive hiring practices
- Use data to track, report, and improve hiring outcomes — not just activity
- Deliver a consistent, transparent, and human candidate experience
- Act as a brand ambassador — communicating our mission, values, and Life at Ofload culture with clarity and energy
- Bring our EVP to life across every candidate touchpoint — from first outreach to final offer
- Champion a candidate-first mindset while balancing the needs of the business
- Maintain accurate data and workflows in our ATS (e.g. Ashby or equivalent)
- Track key recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance, candidate NPS, and conversion rates
- Use insights to inform hiring strategy, improve process, and support workforce planning
- Contribute to process improvement and tooling projects across the TA function
- Partner with the People and Marketing teams to activate our new Life at Ofload brand across content, social, and campaigns
- Support initiatives such attending meet ups, industry events and being part of community spaces ie Talent Down Under, NJA Talent Meet Ups
- Champion in building a hiring culture that reflects Ofload
- Your bring about 5 years experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, scaling environment
- You are a true relationship builder
- You are keen to make you mark and create your own legacy
- You have grit and perseverance to do what it takes to find great people
- You are skilled in sourcing, engaging, and knowing what great looks like
- You are a strong communicator; bring energy and clarity into your candidate and stakeholder conversations
- You are comfortable to inform and influence hiring decisions
- You are operationally savvy with a bias for action and accountability
