- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business units
- Bring new ideas to improve decision-making, efficiency, and productivity
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and identify how candidates will contribute to and enhance our culture
- Partner closely with People & Culture and Workplace Experience team
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your stakeholder groups
- Effectively pitch SafetyCulture, explain equity, negotiate and close offers, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
- Proactively contributing to people initiatives and team projects
- 3 + years demonstrated recruitment experience in agency and an internal environment (GTM Hiring experience desirable)
- A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with the ability to apply your expertise flexibly and proactively
- Proven ability to learn new technologies, and achieve outcomes
- Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- A passion for high-growth tech startups and a desire to be part of a scale-up journey
