Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thriving in a collaborative team environment? A leading organisation in the premium consumer goods sector is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team. We are ideally looking for someone to start ASAP!Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support via both phone and email
Efficiently manage a high volume of complex customer orders using an ERP system
Monitor order progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise order fulfilment processes
Assist with warranty and after-sales support

About You:

Previous experience in a customer service role is a must, even better if this is within a B2B environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
