
Customer Service Officer

- Provide outstanding customer support via both phone and email
- Efficiently manage a high volume of complex customer orders using an ERP system
- Monitor order progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise order fulfilment processes
- Assist with warranty and after-sales support
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a must, even better if this is within a B2B environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
- WFH 1 day a week – following your 6-month probation
