- Write and edit persuasive content for EOIs, RFPs, and capability statements.
- Ensure alignment with client requirements and HKA's strategic messaging.
- Tailor responses to reflect technical input and project experience.
- Maintain and enhance a repository of reusable content, case studies, and credentials.
- Support the development of templates and tools that streamline proposal creation.
- Work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, and leadership to gather inputs.
- Facilitate internal reviews and approvals to ensure timely submission.
- Liaise with marketing, legal, and commercial teams to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
- Assist in managing bid timelines and submission schedules.
- Assist in the coordination of framework and panel compliance for key accounts.
- Contribute to the development of bid plans and checklists as needed.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a proposal writing or bid management role.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality content under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
