We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.Our newly formed Echuca office already has a number of large projects secured and is supported by the experienced Bendigo team of civil engineers who service the full life cycle of a project including feasibility advice, civil design, project management and construction consultancy services. We've built a vibrant team culture and inspiring environment for our people to grow as we grow.Job DescriptionAbout the opportunityJoining the team from the beginning, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your local knowledge and skills to contribute to the growth and development of your community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You'll get to:
  • Undertake technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs
  • Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
  • Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
  • Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
  • Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement
  • An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy environments within land development projects will be highly regarded
  • White card, and drivers' licence required.
