OverviewReporting to the Head of Ecommerce, the eCommerce Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the online business by optimising all aspects of the trading and operations of the Australian and New Zealand websites, and the CRM, email marketing and performance marketing programs.Responsibilities
  • Website Trading: Manage the day to day commercial and technical performance of the AUNZ websites - across product, promotions and initiatives with the goal of driving new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers to deliver key business outcomes.
  • CRO: Manage the CRO program together with agency partners
  • Performance Marketing: Support the execution of SEM and Paid Social Media activity, and manage the affiliate marketing program with agency partners to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • CRM: Manage, execute and continuously optimise the CRM strategy via data across digital media channels, including Website, Email, SEM and Social Media.
  • Email Marketing and Automation: Lead the planning and execution of the email marketing and automation strategy. Design, execute and optimise email automations to drive customer retention.
  • Project Management: Utilise strong project management ability to lead cross company future state and enhancement projects across eCommerce, UX, CRM, Customer Service & partnerships.
  • Reporting: Produce and analyse weekly and monthly reports, including website performance, category performance, performance marketing, email marketing and CRM activities.
  • Finance: Processing and management of vendor invoices.
Skills
  • Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally at a retail e-commerce company.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic team player.
  • Experience in leading project teams to deliver strategic business initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven commercial thinking with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), with experience in Shopify advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder and agency management experience
  • Experience in performance channels including SEM, social media and affiliates.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to work collaboratively across departments
