- Drive sales opportunities and secure revenue for Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens and other ATC venues through Race Day hospitality and business event products/opportunities
- Drive a culture of excellence in day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery of seamless service from the initial enquiry
- Manage all required sales processes and administrative duties for sales
- Actively seek and approach new clients, which will involve coordinating telemarketing and direct mail activities
- Maintain industry networks and keep abreast of current developments
- Maintain and monitor all aspects of Race Day sales operations at ATC venues
- Experience in new business generations via marketing and sales initiatives to increase hospitality sales
- Experience in account management role which involves identifying and assessing leads and business opportunities and securing profitable transactions
- Sound understanding of the process of developing new and innovative hospitality offerings from concept, design, pricing, market analysis including demographic targets
- Demonstrated sales success in meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets ands KPI’s
- Demonstrated experience working in commercial venues within the hospitality, events, entertainment, tourism and/or leisure and recreation industry
- Demonstrated capability articulating and driving operational plans within a complex environment
