
Change Manager

- Partner directly with initiative owners and project teams to develop change strategies/plans
- Take a hands-on approach to executing change plans (e.g. engagement & training plans, change impact assessments etc.)
- Partner with business leaders to ensure new ways of working are embedded and benefits realised
- Use a data-driven approach, providing change analytics and insights for Steering Committees and enterprise reporting
- Provide change advisory & capability building support to our People Leaders
- Support the management of our Projects & Change Community of Practice and contribute to PMO continuous improvement activities
- A strategic and influential individual, with change expertise and business insight, skilled at managing change initiatives to ensure sustainable outcomes are delivered smoothly
- 8 years+ proven change management experience
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with a coaching style
- Ability to effectively build trust with and influence stakeholders from C-suite to frontline
- Values curiosity and is comfortable working with uncertainty at times
- Change management qualification
- Experience and qualifications in project management highly desirable
