In this leadership role, you will manage and support a team of Therapeutic Support Workers, working directly with children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and may live with a disability. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams to deliver safe, structured, and nurturing care in line with our Therapeutic Care model. This is a frontline leadership position that requires strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.What you need to be successful in your role
  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree or relevant Diploma working towards a Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Community Services or related Diploma is acceptable, with experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and Therapeutic Care.
  • Strong understanding of ITC, child protection frameworks, and trauma-informed care
  • Strong administration, risk management, and compliance capability
  • Demonstrated ability to coach staff, manage complex behaviors, and build trusting relationships with children and young
