As a People & Culture Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering practical and people-focused support across the employee lifecycle. You'll be the go-to person for frontline leaders and team members to provide timely, expert advice while contributing towards initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and compliance.This is a true generalist position offering variety and the opportunity to:
  • Provide clear, practical advice to leaders and employees across all HR and ER matters.
  • Support grievance, performance management, and workplace investigations.
  • Interpret awards and communicate in plain language.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and systems.
  • Contribute to HR projects that improve the employee and manager experience.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a confident communicator and natural problem-solver, who has a proven track record of being able to build trust across all levels of an organisation. You understand the balance between compliance and people-first HR, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done and are able to bring the following experience to the role:
  • Proven experience in HR advisory or generalist roles.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and modern awards.
  • Experience coaching managers through performance and conduct matters.
  • Experience supporting a high performance culture.
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies with consistency and care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing employee records and systems.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, you're a team player who gets results.
