Operating on a 40+ excavator site Working on a large-scale project that offers longevity Excellent culture and can offer overtime and weekend work Great opportunity to join a contractor with a large excavation team working on a $20m+ excavation package. Working as part of the delivery team on a large-scale excavation and earthworks package in Sydney, you’ll will be responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate operation of heavy plant and equipment to achieve project milestones. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Operate excavators and other plants to complete bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, and trenching works. Ensure that you comply with WHS standards, site safety procedures, and environmental controls. Undertake excavation works in proximity to live services with care and precision. Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors, and fellow operators Optimise machine use to meet program and productivity targets while minimising rework. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience operating an excavator Construction Safety Induction (White) card Ideally worked on large sites with 20+ excavators Strong financial analysis and administrative focus Excellent verbal communication skills This is a permanent full time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
