Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Review and analyse financial documents, credit reports, and other supporting information to ensure accurate and high-quality submissions
Run servicing and borrowing capacity calculators across multiple lenders
Help to structure loan scenarios in line with lender policy, from simple to complex cases
Prepare accurate, high-quality submission notes and complete application packs
Troubleshoot issues and support files through to lodgement
Stay up to date with lender policy changes and apply best practices
Collaborate with brokers and analysts to develop your skills and contribute to strong credit outcomes

Qualifications and Skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
A genuine interest in finance, lending, and process
Confidence using spreadsheets and online platforms
Great communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
