We're seeking a Content Designer to join our Consumer Campaigns Content Team, where you'll transform complex financial topics into creative, engaging, and impactful content that connects with diverse audiences.

The teamASIC's Communications and Corporate Affairs Group is responsible for leading ASIC's communications and stakeholder engagement including internal, corporate and external communications (including media), as well as digital and social channels. Its purpose is to build and leverage strategic stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and protect and enhance ASIC's reputation. This role sits within the Consumer Communications team which is accountable for consumer communications for ASIC and Moneysmart.The roleAs a Content Designer, you will:
  • Lead the creation and delivery of engaging, user-centred content across multiple formats (web, video, infographics, podcasts, campaigns).
  • Distil complex superannuation and retirement topics into clear and accessible consumer content.
  • Develop and deliver integrated communications across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring cross-channel alignment.
  • Analyse content performance using research, data, and analytics to inform decisions and optimise impact.
  • Provide expert communications advice to stakeholders and support approval processes for content delivery.
  • Partner across ASIC, building capability in digital content best practice and supporting agile, fast-paced project delivery.
About youYou hold tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in large-scale marketing, brand, or transformation programs within the financial services or superannuation industry. You bring strong expertise in content design and UX writing principles, advanced creative writing and storytelling skills, and experience producing content across diverse formats. You are highly skilled in content modelling, analysis, and A/B testing, with proven ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance. You're comfortable working within Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, with a track record of managing complex deliverables in regulatory environments.You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple priorities calmly and logically. You are a creative thinker who can cut through complexity, tailoring content to resonate with diverse audiences. With excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, you build trusted partnerships and provide clear communications advice at senior levels. You are adaptive, data-driven, and committed to continuous learning—both for yourself and for the teams you support.
