
Junior Designer & Digital Content Producer

- Film, edit and produce premium video content for middle- and bottom-of-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Create animations that support brand-building and lead-generation efforts.
- Edit video content for a range of platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, paid social, and pre-roll ads)
- Manage YouTube content and channel performance, optimising for engagement and reach.
- Support internal brand and culture initiatives with internal-facing content.
- Provide technical and creative support for webinars and live video production.
- Assist the Creative Director with the development and management of branded design templates.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to produce personal brand content that drives influence and connection.
- Help plan and produce customer testimonials and case study videos.
- Contribute to integrated campaign execution, including content creation for web and design assets.
- Design and roll out creative assets for paid advertising and social media campaigns.
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and animation (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content best practices (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, paid media).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketers, designers, and sales teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Bonus: Experience in motion design, branding, and B2B content strategy.

- Mentor other members of the wider team to enhance the success of the Marketing function
- Contribute to the building and establishing of a collaborative and aligned Marketing team
