$90,000 - $120,000 + Super
Uncapped comms, fuel card and tools of the trade!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a growth strategy
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
Prepare and manage sales contracts
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding
Proven experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships
Solid time management and planning abilities
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is highly desirable
