- Managing and growing a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients across varied industries
- Designing tailored insurance programs with strong placement support
- Building trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs and other senior stakeholders
- Supporting the Team Leader with team operations, mentoring, and coaching junior staff
- 5+ years’ experience in insurance broking, with strong exposure to SME and mid-market clients
- Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
- Solid technical knowledge across commercial lines, including property, liability, and motor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-first approach
- A proactive and organised mindset with leadership aspirations
