- Provide technical support, investigation, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to customers using the firm's trading applications.
- Analyze FIX messages, logs, and sources to determine root cause analysis.
- Implement Plan, support and deploy implementations of these trading platforms into client environments.
- Support clients via phone, email and video.
- Work hours are 10am-6pm / 8am-4pm (daylight savings / non-daylight savings time)
- Project involvement including:
- Product implementation into client environment- plan, support deploy
- Manage application upgrades & migrations
- Client onboarding activities
- Liquidity integrations with customers.
- Proven experience providing technical IT Support to customers in the financial services industry.
- Excellent triage, investigation and troubleshooting of application, Windows OS, and networking issues.
- Demonstrate competent financial markets / financial trading knowledge (trade executions, buy/sell orders, markup,
- Able to work Sunday + 4 additional days in the week (of your choice).
- FIX messaging knowledge/experience is preferred.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- TCP/IP networking knowledge.
- MetaTrader experience 4/5 is beneficial.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills - verbal & written.
- Demonstrate willingness & ability to research, absorb and learn new ideas/concepts.
- Able to work Sunday + 4 other days in the week (of your choice).
