If you thrive in a fast-paced, professional setting and love taking ownership of operations—you’ll fit right in.What’s in it for you?Join a well-established and respected organisation with a global presenceFull-time permanent role based in Sydney CBD locationCompetitive salary and access to corporate benefitsLead daily office operations and be the go-to person for all things workplace-relatedWork closely with supportive leadership and make a real impactKey ResponsibilitiesWarmly greet and direct visitors including brokers, clients, candidates, and staffManage front-of-house operations including reception, meeting room bookings, catering, and eventsLead and mentor the Office Coordinator, ensuring smooth daily workflowsMaintain office presentation, kitchen supplies, and general stock across common areasCoordinate internal events and meetings including Town Halls and external functionsSupport onboarding and offboarding: prepare desks, manage access passes, and ensure smooth transitionsLiaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and office servicesManage incoming mail, deliveries, internal communications, and office-wide updatesProvide administrative support to senior leaders including the Facilities Manager and CFOEnsure compliance with safety protocols and workplace standardsContribute to a strong organisational culture through professionalism and proactive serviceWhat You’ll BringMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar office management or front-of-house role within a corporate settingConfident communicator with the ability to engage across all levels of the businessExperience supervising or training junior team membersExcellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Professional presentation and a strong customer service ethicA proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to handle confidential matters with maturity and discretionIf you’re looking to take the next step in your career within a polished and professional environment, and want to play a key role in supporting a high-performing corporate office—apply today!
