- Assist the Payroll Manager with end-to-end payroll processing for our client's global employee base.
- Manage and support the entire payroll process, acting as the first point of contact for internal payroll queries.
- Support other global reward operational tasks, including ad-hoc support during the annual review cycle.
- Process and maintain payroll systems and records, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Comply with all internal and external controls, policies, and procedures related to payroll operations and reporting.
- Two to three years of experience in a payroll or HR-related role, with a strong understanding of payroll practices in Australia.
- Strong ADP payroll experience (in-house or outsourced) is highly desired.
- A tertiary degree in HR, commerce, finance, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A solid understanding of Awards and interpreting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
- The flexibility of a temporary or 6-month Fixed-Term Contract.
