
Transformation Director

- Lead transformation programs including analysis, operating model design, business case development, implementation planning, and benefits realisation.
- Optimise business processes and collaborate across IT, HR, Finance, and Service Delivery to ensure integrated transformation.
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) to support teams through change.
- Build transformation capability across the organisation and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, WHS, and mandatory reporting requirements.
- Promote and uphold CatholicCare’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business transformation, operational excellence, or organisational change.
- Proven success in leading large-scale transformation programs and process reengineering.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to influence and gain buy-in across diverse teams.
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification
- Six Sigma, Lean, or business process improvement certification
- Experience in human services, aged care, or disability sectors
- Familiarity with ISO or other regulatory frameworks
