Guided by our core values—Faith, Respect, Compassion, Excellence, Courage, and Social Justice—we strive to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.About the RoleThis is a full-time role on a 12-month contract.The Transformation Director leads complex transformation programs and changes initiatives that improve service delivery, optimise operations, and align with CatholicCare’s strategic priorities. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, designing future-state operating models, and managing change to ensure initiatives are adopted and sustained.This role operates at a strategic and tactical level, working across the organisation to reengineer core business processes, embed change management practices, and guide project delivery teams through periods of significant transformation. The role partners with executive leaders and frontline teams to ensure change is understood, embraced, and executed effectively.You will drive end-to-end transformation programs, optimise business processes, and embed sustainable change across CatholicCare. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformation programs including analysis, operating model design, business case development, implementation planning, and benefits realisation.
  • Optimise business processes and collaborate across IT, HR, Finance, and Service Delivery to ensure integrated transformation.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) to support teams through change.
  • Build transformation capability across the organisation and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, WHS, and mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Promote and uphold CatholicCare’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
About YouYou are a strategic thinker and change leader with a passion for driving meaningful transformation. You bring:
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in business transformation, operational excellence, or organisational change.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale transformation programs and process reengineering.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to influence and gain buy-in across diverse teams.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or business process improvement certification
  • Experience in human services, aged care, or disability sectors
  • Familiarity with ISO or other regulatory frameworks
