- Preparing invoices, quotes, and job costings
- Liaising with customers to book jobs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Ordering parts and managing stock control
- Coordinating schedules and workflow with mechanics in the workshop
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general administration duties
- Ensuring records, compliance, and reporting are maintained accurately
- Previous experience in a similar administration, service advisor, or office management role
- Automotive industry background or knowledge of vehicle parts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in invoicing and quoting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
