- Lead Compass’s account expansion engine, increasing ARPU and adoption across existing schools.
- Develop scalable playbooks for cross-sell and upsell of Compass modules.
- Identify usage gaps and work with Product and Customer Success to close them.
- Grow our AI agent offering (existing PoC in play already) to supercharge outreach, lead qualification, and sales capture within existing accounts.
- Drive and manage expansion revenue targets directly, hands on in deals, not just strategy.
- Coach account managers/advisors to execute high velocity upsell and cross-sell motions.
- Maintain pipeline discipline and deliver accurate ARR forecasts across expansion.
- Define and embed use cases for AI and automation in account expansion and renewals.
- Experiment with agent driven outreach, pricing scenarios, and tailored adoption campaigns.
- Build repeatable AI driven systems that multiply account growth.
- Partner with Marketing to co-create targeted campaigns for specific product lines or school segments.
- Run agile demand gen experiments inside the base (adoption nudges, targeted offers, lifecycle triggers).
- Translate insights from the field into sharper messaging and positioning.
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS account management, expansion, or commercial growth.
- Proven success in cross-sell, upsell, pricing, and retention motions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and CRM workflows to optimise outreach and expansion campaigns.
- High ownership and scrappiness, able to grow accounts without large marketing budgets.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to balance pricing, adoption, and product positioning.
- Data driven mindset with advanced analysis skills (Excel/Sheets).
