- Design and execute strategies to increase average revenue per school across Compass’s customer base.
- Lead programs to drive upsell and cross-sell of Compass modules.
- Identify usage gaps and work collaboratively with Product and Customer Success to promote adoption.
- Manage and coach a growing team of School Advisors and Account Executives to exceed pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Set clear KPIs, drive accountability, and create an environment that fosters performance, growth, and learning.
- Partner with the People & Talent team to attract, retain, and develop high-quality sales and training talent.
- Lead Compass’s pricing, renewal, and contract optimisation processes to ensure commercial consistency and retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Finance to evolve pricing models, improve LTV, and align commercial structures with platform value.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts (ARR and Payments) and maintain pipeline discipline across your team.
- Partner with Marketing to build targeted, data-informed expansion campaigns across key segments and product lines.
- Provide feedback loops from the field to sharpen go-to-market messaging and improve positioning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of school needs and use this to shape compelling narratives around Compass value.
- 5+ years’ senior sales leadership in SaaS, with proven success leading high-performing teams.
- Ideally have experience selling to government and independent schools.
- Direct experience running expansion, cross-sell, and upsell motions at high velocity and complexity.
- Expertise in setting up scalable systems, processes, and CRM workflows - including AI tools - to track campaigns, outreach, and performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with impact on pricing, positioning, market expansion strategy, and metrics management.
- Advanced data analysis and modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Skilled at driving outcomes in fast-paced, scaling environments through cross-functional collaboration.
