- Provide electrical design leadership on both single and multi-disciplinary projects across a range of sectors
- Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects and support larger, more complex projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with external clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Deliver best practices to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, focusing on saving time and reducing costs without compromising on quality.
- Build solid, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business development opportunities and understanding their evolving needs.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the business unit by supporting strategic goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall success.
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
- Expertise in electrical building services engineering and design documentation;
- 5 to 8+ years' industry experience on Australian building services projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
- Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector
- Strong client relationship management and project management skills;
- Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills;
- Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.);
- Understanding of BIM, NavisWorks and Revit MEP (advantageous).
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
