The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.Job DescriptionOur Head Chef Ben, is now in the hunt for a Demi Chef to join the team to create some magic and mouth-watering meals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for Part-time AM shifts.Your duties include:

Perform general or specialised cooking duties
Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and presentation standards
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlet
Assist and liaise with chef on duty as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a similar role is required
Safety mindset and ability to foster safety culture
Must have valid Australian working rights
Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday mornings 5am-1pm
