Their close-knit team is passionate about delivering expert care and building long-term relationships with their local community.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of the pharmacy with professionalism and care.Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

Processing sales transactions and operating the till
Participating in stock control, merchandising, and product displays
Assisting with the delivery and communication of medication to patients
Maintaining quality standards, safety practices and pharmacy presentation
Supporting customers with general product information and pharmacy purchases
Providing non-therapeutic advice and recommendations under pharmacist supervision

About YouThe successful candidate will have:

A clean and valid drivers licence
Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
Previous experience working in a retail or pharmacy environment
Certificate II in Community Pharmacy or willingness to work towards it
