Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.About the South West Alliance of Rural HealthSouth West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a virtual organisation within the south west of Victoria, Australia covering 60,000 square kilometres from Melbourne to the South Australian border, from the coast to 150 kilometres inland. SWARH services all the ICT requirements of its members and customers. SWARH members comprise of public hospitals with customers being non-government organisations, community health centres, bush nursing agencies, medical clinics, pharmacies and other government organisations.About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage key ICT service desk support functions. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused ICT support services to our members.The Team Leader - Frontline Services oversees the service desk triage function, including phone-based support, as well as managing a team responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 clinical application support. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the Service Support Directorate.Key responsibilities include overseeing service requests, incidents, and problems to maintain service standards and optimise customer satisfaction, as well as analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement.
