Fetch mining are currently seeking an experienced Metallurgy Superintendent for a key WA Client
The role sees you leading the Metallurgy department optimising and auditing the plant metallurgical performance to maximise recovery and minimise down time.About the role:

Ensure compliance and perfromance from crushing, to recovery and waste
Manage metallurgical projects from conception to completion
Ensuring safet culture, cost control and plant optimisation
Ensure targets and requirements across maintenance and production are met safely and in a timely manner

Experience Required:

3+ years' in a similar role as a Metallurgy/Technical Superintendent
Metallurgy/Process/Chemical Engineering Tertiary Qualification
Extensive knowledge in Gold Processing
Proven performance in Senior Leadership positions
Effective communication skills to collaboratively work and engage with key stakeholders

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
Must have a valid drivers licence
Recent contactable references
