About the roleThis position is a fixed-term, full-time role in the Community Development and Participation team, based from Moruya until 14 August 2026. We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership role who has demonstrated community consultation skills and the ability to effectively communicate and work with a wide range of stakeholders. In this position you will be able to put your relevant Diploma or Degree to good use. The successful candidate must also:
Be physically able to sustain the physical requirements of a mobile playgroup.
Have demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as working independently.
Have well-developed organisational skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, activities or events and meet deadlines.
Be experienced in preparing reports, media releases, project documentation and general correspondence.
Possess substantial knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office products.
