- Understand the customer journey, as to shape messaging that informs and inspires
- Ensure all messaging reflects Amana Living's values and tone
- Support internal communications, including staff updates and executive messaging
- Assist with speech writing and communications for leadership
- Help develop newsletters, annual reports, and other publications
- Prepare press releases and media kits that build brand credibility
- Respond to media enquiries and support crisis communications when needed
- Are skilled in crafting messages that connect with people
- Work well across both autonomous and collaborative projects
- Stay organised and manage multiple projects with confidence
- Understand digital trends and love storytelling
