- Identify, review, analyse, and capture performance metrics from various sources to provide high-level insights aligned with contract objectives.
- Drive contract wide performance improvement and change agenda
- Develop and enhance reporting mechanisms and dashboards to communicate performance to key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, streamline processes, and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and people.
- Implement improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
- Partner with operations teams to embed a continuous improvement mindset and promote best-practice operations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and support teams through implementation and adoption.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in business performance analysis, contract management, project delivery and change management.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in change management methodologies and supporting adoption.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commercial acumen and a strong focus on business outcomes.
- Experience in project delivery methodologies and risk management practices.
