Take charge of a busy Eastern Suburbs café. Bonus potential & free gym membership. Lead 16 staff in a dynamic, fitness-inspired venue. We're looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead a vibrant breakfast and lunch venue located inside a premium fitness facility. This is a high energy, high volume environment where you'll oversee a team of around 16 staff and ensure smooth, efficient operations every day.What you'll do:

Lead, train, and motivate a passionate front and back of house team

Drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a busy café setting

Manage rosters, stock control, cost management, and daily operations

Keep up with fast paced service across breakfast, lunch and dinner trade

Contribute to a positive, health focused culture aligned with the gym environment

What we're looking for:

Previous management experience in a café, restaurant or QSR environment (essential)

Coffee skills and barista knowledge (highly regarded)

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

Energy, positivity, and an interest in health, fitness, and lifestyle

Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced venue with multiple moving parts
