
National Account Manager - Independents

- Define and execute global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue (KP) and target plans (TP).
- Identify business opportunities and manage business development budgets aligned with account objectives.
- Translate customer strategies into joint innovation roadmaps and drive solution-based selling.
- Lead customer approval processes and implement upstream solution selling initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, executives, and sponsors.
- Support field teams and optimize local sales processes to align with account strategies.
- Analyze financial KPIs and proactively manage account performance to meet targets (KP/TP, OSG, PC).
- Complete administrative tasks such as sales forecasts, monthly reports, and account strategy updates accurately and on time.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Excel with strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Proven negotiation skills with a strategic mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
